Moist Banana Bread

  • 3/4 c butter or margarine
  • 1 1/2 c sugar
  • 1 1/2 c mashed bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 c flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 c plain yogurt or buttermilk or sour cream
  • 1/2 – 1 c coconut and/or nuts
Mix all ingredients.   Pour into greased pans.
Bake 1 – 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.
