Pickle Pie

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 c sugar
  • 1 c light cream
  • 11 oz sweet pickles, drained and ground
  • 1 1/2 Tbs cornstarch
  • 2 Tbs margarine
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp lemon extract
Mix all ingredients together and pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees until knife comes out clean. Serve with whipped cream.
Serve with whipped cream.
