Lemon Poppy Seed Dressing

2/3 c vegetable oil
1/2 c sugar
1/3 c fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 Tbsp poppy seeds
2 tsp finely chopped onion
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp salt
Process in blender or food processor. Store in fridge for up to 1 week.
