Lemon Poppy Seed Dressing

  • 2/3 c vegetable oil
  • 1/2 c sugar
  • 1/3 c fresh lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp poppy seeds
  • 2 tsp finely chopped onion
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp salt
Process in blender or food processor.  Store in fridge for up to 1 week.
