Roasted Veggies

  • 1 Tbs butter, melted
  • 1 Tbs soy sauce
  • 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
Melt butter then add other ingredients.  Coat whatever assortment of veggies you want in sauce.  Roast on a cookie sheet for 20 minutes at 425 degrees.
