Gurken Salat (Cucumber Salad)

  • 2 large cucumbers, peeled and finely sliced
  • 1 1/2 tsp mustard
  • 4 Tbs oil
  • 2 Tbs dark vinegar
  • 1/2 c cream
  • 1 1/2 Tbs sour cream
  • chopped parsley
  • fresh dill (finely chopped) to taste
  • dash of salt and pepper
Mix all together and serve immediately.
