CRUST:
- 1 yellow cake mix (reserve 1 cup)
- 1 egg
- 1 stick butter (melted)
- Mix together and press into a greased 9x13 pan.
- 1 lrg can pumpkin pie mix (not plain pumpkin)
- 2/3 c evaporated milk
- 2 eggs
- Mix and pour onto crust.
- 1 c reserved cake mix
- 1/4 c packed brown sugar
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- Mix all together and sprinkle over filling.
- 1 stick of butter
- Cut butter into squares and dot the top of the filling with the butter pieces.
Top with whipped cream (optional).
