Lemon Sauce

from Dallas Temple Cafeteria

  • Squeeze juice from 2 lemons and strain OR 4 Tbs lemon juice
  • Add:
    • 1 1/2 c sugar
    • 3 Tbs cornstarch
    • 4 to 5 Tbs margarine
    • 2 to  2 1/2 c water
Bring to boil, stirring constantly until thickens.  Add water to thin.
Serve with Bread Pudding.
