- 4 Tbs butter
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 stalks celery, diced
- 3 carrots, sliced
- Sautee vegetables in butter in a large pan until veggies are soft.
- 1 rotisserie chicken, shred the meat
- 1 qt half n half
- 1 pkg frozen homestyle noodles, cook as directed
- whole milk, as needed for desired consistency
- salt & pepper to taste
