- 1 flank steak, cut in thin strips with the grain
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/3 tsp garlic powder
- 1/3 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp MSG
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 c Worcestershire
- 1/4 c soy sauce
Put in oven (as low of a temp as it will go). Lay on oven racks with tinfoil underneath and prop oven door open with a wooden spoon and leave overnight (about 7 hours).
