- 1/2 lb boneless round beef, cubed
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 c celery, chopped
- Sautee together in a pan until beef cubes are browned.
- 2 cans (29 oz) stewed tomatoes
- 2 cans (6 oz) tomato paste
- 3 Tbs brown sugar
- 1 Tbs salt
- 1 Tbs Worcestershire
- 1 Tbs vinegar
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 can (8 oz) mushrooms, drained
