- 4-8 chicken breasts, cut into bite sized pieces
- 1 beaten egg
- cornstarch
- cooking oil
- Dip chicken pieces into egg, then roll in cornstarch.
- Fry chicken in small amount of oil until just browned.
- Place chicken in baking pan.
- 1 1/2 c sugar
- 1/2 c ketchup
- 2 Tbs soy sauce
- 1 c vinegar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Mix together and pour sauce over cooked chicken.
