- 2/3 c shortening
- 2/3 c butter
- 1 c sugar
- 1 c brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla
- Combine sugar, shortening, butter and mix until smooth. Stir in eggs. Add vanilla.
- 2 2/3 c flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 pkg (6 oz) Andes mint chocolate chunks
- Add flour, soda and salt. Mix well. Add chips.
Bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 8-10 minutes at 375 degrees.
