Pie Crust

  • 2 1/2 c flour
  • 1 c shortening
  • 1 tsp salt
    • Cut with pastry cutter until granulated.  Mix together.
  • 1/4 c cold water
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Tbs white vinegar

Mix together with flour mixture until a ball forms.

Roll out.

Makes 1 –1 1/2 shells.
