Pecan Pie

  • 3 eggs
  • 2/3 c sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/3 c butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 c light corn syrup
  • 1 – 1 1/2 c pecan halves
Beat eggs, sugar, salt, butter, and syrup with beaters.
Stir in nuts and pour into pastry-lined pie pan.
Bake for 40 – 50 minutes at 375 degrees, or until filling is set.
