Hot Sausage Cheese Puffs

  • 1 lb hot sausage
  • 1 lb shredded sharp cheddar
  • 3 c Bisquick
  • 3/4 c water

Fry sausage, crumbling, until meat is no longer pink.  Drain.  Spoon into bowl and cool.  Add remaining ingredients and mix until just blended.  Roll into 1 inch balls and place on cookie sheet 2 inches apart.

Bake for 12-15 minutes at 400 degrees.
