Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

  • 1 1/2 Tbs oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 c pumpkin seeds

Wash seeds in warm water in colander.

In bowl mix oil, salt, and seeds.

Spread on cookie sheet and bake for 30 minutes at 250 degrees.

Stir from time to time.
