- 24 Vanilla Wafers
- 3 pkgs (8 oz) softened cream cheese (low fat, but NOT fat free)
- 1 c sugar
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3 eggs
Place 1 wafer in bottom and fill 2/3 full with filling.
Bake for 20-25 minutes at 325 degrees.
Top with any pie filling you want.
