- 2 c sugar
- 2 sticks butter (room temp)
- 2 c canned pumpkin (one 15 oz can)
- 4 eggs
- 2 c flour
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp each of cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, ginger, and ground cloves
- 1/2 tsp salt
Spread mixture into a greased 15x10x1 pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes for 350 degrees or until toothpick comes out clean.
ICING:
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1 stick butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 c powdered sugar
