Cheese Ball

  • 2 pkgs 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 can (8.5 oz) of crushed pineapple, drained
  • 2 c chopped nuts
  • 1/4 green pepper, chopped
  • 2 Tbs dried onion
  • 1 Tbs seasoning salt
Mix together except for 1 c nuts.
Roll into a ball and then roll in remaining nuts.
Serve w/ crackers (we prefer Ritz crackers).
