Sheet Cake Eclairs

  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 c water
    • Boil and remove from heat.
  • 1 c flour (stir in until it makes a ball)
  • 6 eggs (add 1 at a time)
Spread on a large greased cookie sheet.  Bake for 20 minutes at 400 degrees.  Squish down any bumps and let cool.
  • 8 oz cream cheese (beat until smooth)
  • 3 pkg (3 oz) instant vanilla pudding
  • 5 c milk
Mix well and spread on pastry.
Top w/ large tub of cool whip.  Drizzle w/ hardening chocolate syrup.
Refrigerate.
