Teriyaki Marinade

  • 1/4 c soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 Tbs brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 3 Tbs water
This recipe is per pound of meat.
Slice meat thin and soak for several hours, stirring often to get all meat to the bottom.
Put on skewers and grill.
