Spaghetti Sauce

  • 1/2 lb boneless round beef, cubed
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1/2 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 c celery, chopped
    • Sautee together in a pan until beef cubes are browned.
  • 2 cans (29 oz) stewed tomatoes
  • 2 cans (6 oz) tomato paste
  • 3 Tbs brown sugar
  • 1 Tbs salt
  • 1 Tbs Worcestershire
  • 1 Tbs vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 can (8 oz) mushrooms, drained
Simmer all day in crockpot.
