Onion-Roasted Potatoes

• 1 env Lipton Onion Soup Mix (or Savory Herb with Garlic)
• 4 medium (about 2 lbs) all-purpose potatoes, cut into large chunks
• 1/3 c olive oil

In 9x13 pan combine all ingredients.
Bake uncovered, stirring occasionally, for 40 minutes at 450 degrees.
